Do you offer warranty?
If we have supplied the product then we offer a 1 year fix/replace warranty. Unfortunately we can not offer warranty on products that we have fitted but not provided because we can't rely on their quality

How is the ambient lighting controlled?
Depending upon the kit, our Ambient is controlled using either the app 'Happy Lighting' or 'LED Lamp' both of which are available on the App Store. Alternatively we offer screen controlled solutions for a small range of models.

Can I come to your premises?
Not without first arranging it with us. We also work mobile so if you turn up unannounced there's a high chance that we will not be there to assist you.

Can you come to me? Are you mobile?
We offer mobile fitting within 50 miles of our HQ in Manchester, Monday-Friday, exclusively for ambient lighting installation. On weekends we may travel further out than this, but only if there are multiple customers around the same area. If you are further than 50 miles away contact us to register interest and we will add you to a list of customers in your area. Mobile fitting outside of Manchester will come with small fuel cost added on top depending on mileage.

How much does it cost for ambient lighting?

The price is entirely dependant on the number of lights required to create the desired look. Our most commonly bought 'standard package' costs £280 for fibre optic. This includes 1 line on each door, up to 2 on the dashboard and 4 footwell lights. This is the 64 coloured app controlled package. Extras on top of this can include: door handle lights, door storage lights, cupholder lights, speaker lights and strips for the centre console.

 

How much for rainbow symphony ambient lighting? 

It costs £380, which is for the 'standard package' as described in the answer above, however it is capable of more styles and effects in different colours and modes. It is also 5 times brighter than fibre.

 

How long does it take?

Our ambient lighting packages take around 2 hours on average. Other services may take longer, such as our Twinkle Starlight, which takes 24 hours from dropping your car off to collecting it. 

 

Where are you based?

We are based in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area of Greater Manchester.

 

Do you offer finance?

We do currently offer 0% interest finance plans via Payment Assist.

 

A 25% non refundable booking deposit is also required to secure your slot.
